White House - Boppard City

This light, airy studio apartment is located on the top floor of a large, detached villa and provides delightful views over Boppard and the surrounding hills. The generous space is carefully designed and stylishly presented. It comprises a living and dining room (29.3 m²) with an open kitchen area (3.8 m²), 2 bedrooms (11.5 resp. 18.2 m²) and a bathroom with shower and WC (4.4 m²). Both bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs. The kitchen provides fridge/freezer, oven, micro-wave, electric kettle, coffee maker, hob, dishwasher, cooker hood and a selection of pots, pans, china, glasses and cutlery. Boppard is a town situated in the UNESCO World Heritage Site Upper Middle Rhine Valley in the Rhein-Hunsrück district of Rhineland-Palatinate. The town is a state-recognized tourist location in a wine-growing region. The central location means that all the important public facilities can be reached on foot within a few minutes: for example the railway station or the attractive pedestrian precinct, a discounter supermarket and a REWE supermarket to cover your shopping needs. Romantic alleys lead from the market square straight to the banks of the Rhine and the car ferry. Numerous cafés and restaurants along the picturesque promenade invite you to drop in for a while and relax. There is a wide range of sport and leisure activities in the immediate vicinity – to give but one example: the 18-hole golf course with a unique panoramic view across the Rhine Valley as far as the Boppard monastic estate “Jakobsberger Hof”. Train station (Boppard Hauptbahnhof - central station) is a five minutes walk away. Free public parking along the street in front of the house. For your entertainment the living room has a large flat-screen TV with sound delivered through a quality stereo system. The stereo can also play music from your own smart phone via a Bluetooth connection. Should you wish to take a ride along the romantic borders of the Rhine river: Bicycles and E-Bikes may be rented from the local bike store.
