Character barn conversion in the Forest of Dean. Close to river, cycle paths, walking, forest activities all near by. Bespoke kitchen/diner with lovely range cooker, fridge and ceramic stove. Sofa room, wood-burner and 32" Smart TV. 4 dormitory style bedrooms (6 beds, 4 beds, 3 beds and 2 beds). Shower room with 3 large showers, 2 toilets and underfloor heating. Private Garden (not over looked) looking out over fields with fire-pit area, and hot tub. Parking Ragmans farm has been developing ways of sustainable land use for over 30 years. The bunkhouse is situated in the heart of the farm and includes many eco-features such as a compost loo, wood fired heating and showers and a wonderful ceramic stove. The garden has a tiered seating area around the fire-pit, a hot-tub and an edible hedge of autumn raspberries and blackberries. The entire bunkhouse and garden is available to guests. The facilities are not shared with anyone else. The bunkhouse is professionally cleaned before your stay, this includes disinfecting high-touch areas. Hand gel and cleaning sprays and cloths are provided for you to use during your stay. We have arranged a self-check-in and will email you full details of 'arrival and check in information', including directions and map of the farm. We also send information about the farm and local area for your reference. Please supply an email address we can send this information through on. Once you arrive, please use the out of hours number provided in the email, should you need anything. Please note AirBNB messages are only monitored during office hours. Please note each bed has a clean base sheet, pillow and pillow case. Please bring your own duvet or sleeping bag and any blankets you feel you may need. A complimentary basket of firewood is included for the woodburner. Firewood for the fire pit is not included in the hire charge and you will be charged after your stay calculated on the amount used during your stay. More information about this will be included in the welcome pack. No fireworks or chinese/sky/candle lanterns due to livestock and risk. Absolutely no pets - this is a working farm. Thank you!
