San Sabai Beach House

San Sabai is a well appointed 3 bedroom , 2.5 bathroom modern beach house in an idyllic beach side location in New Brighton NSW . Only 100 steps from a pristine beach bordering a nature reserve. Just 20 min drive from Byron Bay. Golf club 5 min drive. Families are most welcome here theres also a large backyard to play in. Enjoy the fire pit in the chilly months . We are passionate , caring hosts and do our absolute best to provide a safe, clean and enjoyable stay. The house features open plan living and dining areas complete with a fully equipped kitchen , filtered water system and reverse cycle air conditioning that create a relaxed and spacious atmosphere with all the creature comforts of home. The master bedroom has an incredibly comfortable king size bed that opens onto the front deck , complete with ensuite and large wardrobe. The second bedroom has a queen size quality bed that opens onto a private small deck.The third bedroom has 2 new quality single beds. The second bathroom has a great spa and shower with a separate toilet. Please note all rooms have air conditioning to keep you cool in summer and warm in the cooler months. In the chilly months enjoy the outdoor fire pit . Relax on the north-east facing deck that wraps around the front of the house , where you can enjoy al-fresco dining,read a good book, do yoga or chill out listening to the waves and birds.There's also another smaller deck at the rear of the house.There is good wi-fi througout the entire house , complete with a large flatscreen TV with Netflix and another TV in the master bedroom. The laundry has a washer and dryer. San Sabai is to be enjoyed like its your own home , and we expect guests to respect neighbouring residents peace and quiet. My dog " Carla " and i live on the premises in a downstairs apartment giving you complete privacy. We aim to please ! So please don't hesitate if you require any local information , general enquires or any maintenance problems we are only a phone call away.All grounds , lawns are maintained on a regular basis. Also close to major festival sites , such as Bluesfest and Splendour In The Grass ! Check in time : 2pm Check out time : 11 am . Guests can have access to the complete house upstairs and the spacious backyard. One car can be parked in the secure remote controlled garage which also houses the laundry. Whenever possible guests are greeted at the property upon arrival. Our interaction can be minimal to engaging as needed. New Brighton is a small beach side haven . The property is located just 100 steps to a pristine beach. Close to the Brunswick River and Marshalls Creek. For golfers Ocean Shores country club is a 5 min drive. Dine out in a great variety of vibrant restaurants and cafes in Brunswick Heads. Byron Bay is just a 20 min drive away ! Our local Farmers market is just 1.3 km away or Mullumbimby Farmers market a 15 min drive. The ideal and most convenient means of transport is by car . To be able to explore the area and hinterland . Most guests drive here and some bring bicycles , you can ride on the beach at low tide. Strictly no schoolies or party groups allowed ! No smoking inside the premises. Maximum guests are 6 .
