Independent Suite a Few Steps from the Ski Slopes

A newly built and completely independent private suite located at less than 100 metres away from the Ponte di Legno - Tonale cablecar and close to all the points of interest of the township of Ponte di Legno (supermarkets, restaurants, ski schools etc) The suite has a completely independent access, a queen bed, private ensuite bathroom, wardrobe, TV, minibar, coffee machine, car spot, bed linens, towels. PLEASE NOTE: THERE ARE NO COOKING FACILITIES AVAILABLE. The Suite has been completely re-done and is elegantly furnished and very clean. A perfectly functioning heating system allows you to keep warm even during those very cold Apline nights. The tiled bathroom has an extra large shower with multiple jets so that you can relax after a day out on the slopes. There is external lighting so that you can easily access your car at night should you need to. The Suite is completely independent from all the other apartments on the property. It is a separate building with no internal connection between the main building and the Suite. It has an independent access and an illuminated, uncovered parking spot. The Suite belongs to my parents, who live in the main house. I live abroad and manager the listing for them. Both my family and I are always available in case you should have any questions with regards to things to do around the area, or in case you should need an extra towel or an extra coffee capsule. Nothing is too much trouble: just ask :-) The Suite is located at less than 100 metres from the Ponte di Legno - Tonale cablecar. You literally have to cross the road and you are on the slopes. On one side of the house you have a typical local restaurant and on the other one you have a supermarket. The town centre is located at less than a 10 minutes walk from the Suite. The best way to get around especially during the winter months is on foot. Everything is at your footsteps so there is no reason for you to use a car.
