Modern new home with state of the art kitchen and amenities. Private bathroom with large tub and shower, washer and dryer, fireplace and outdoor area to dine in warm weather. The house features 5 bedrooms, 2 of which we Airbnb. Our home is spacious, very clean and just a nice space to be in. We have a state of the art kitchen, new appliances, outdoor grill, outdoor table, washer and dryer, Netflix, Amazon fire stick, high speed internet. Please use these amenities. Guests have access to the kitchen, family room, dining area, laundry room and outdoor areas. Both myself, Crystal, and my partner Zane are available anytime to answer questions or give suggestions on what to do, where to go and what to eat! Our home is walking distance from supermarkets, dining, retail and bars. We are located about 20 min south of the airport in one of the fastest growing neighborhoods in Christchurch. Very safe and walkable area. If you’re renting a car, we are located about 20-25 min south of the airport. Bus service is available from Rolleston to city center. Taxi service and Uber are also available. A booking made with 1- 2 guests allows for a choice of either the Queen size bed OR the 2 single beds. Bookings with 3-4 guests allows for both rooms
