Newly renovated apartment close to Metro and City

Welcome to my completely new apartment in the southern parts of beautiful Stockholm! It´s only 3 min walk to subway station and 12 min by car to the city center, close to shops, children's playground, café, restaurants and supermarkets in the area. It has direct entrance door to the open patio and very quiet and private. Free offroad Parking is available and it is close to the building. Free fastest firber internet connection. You are welcome to be my guest! This brand new and fully equipped 39 sqm one bedroom apartment with open plan kitchen has everything you need. There is a family bunk bed in the bedroom can sleep three people. The sofa bed in the lounge area can accommodate two people. there is also an extra mattress available can be placed on the floor next to the sofa. The divider curtain in the lounge area provides privacy to guests who sleep on the sofa bed. There is a newly build very large childrens park just outside of the building. It is perfect for a family with 2 or 3 kids. the whole apartment. It has separate entrance and on the ground floor.the newly build children's park. I won't distub you during your stay, but I am available to help if you have problem. airport shuttle bus flygbussarna tickets from Stockholm central station to Arlanda, Skavsta and Bromma airport can be purchased on their website (Website hidden by Airbnb) It is very quiet area and very close to newly build activities park. 6 mintues drive to Globen. 3 mintues walk to Lingvägen ( Ling street) where you will find supermarket, Metro Station, Pizza, takeways, shops, pharmacy, post office etc. 1.if you wish to take public transportation to get around. The nearest station Gubbängen is only 3 min walk from the apartment. 2. from the apartment to the airport: It takes about 19 min by subway to Stockholm Central Station where guests can change to the airport shuttle bus to Arlanda airport, Skavsta airport or Bromma airport. tickets can be purchased online (URL HIDDEN) 2. 12 minutes by car to central city. 3. 6 minutes by car to Ericsson Globe. 1. lost of apartment key will charge 200kr to replace. 2.pls treat my place as you would your own, be respectful and leave it in good condition! 3. Off-road parking is free but please do not block neighbor's parking or pathway, read the local area parking signage and use your common sense when you park your car. It is guest's responsibility for violation caused parking fine. 4.No shoes inside of the apartment . 5. Fresh towels and indoor slippers are provided for the guests. 6. No smoking inside the apartment! It is absoulte serious offence to smoke inside the apartment in Sweden! 7. Please note it is the guest's responsibility to watch their children or infants' safety while stay in the apartment. 8. Host or co- host of this apartment are not responsible for any stolen or lost items. 9.
