Beautifully Decorated in a modern Hamptons/Mediterranean style, this property is a hidden oasis amongst the hustle and bustle of central Gold Coast. Enter the main residence through a shared gate and proceed to your own private gated courtyard where you will gain entry to the brand new Guesthouse with living/dining room kitchenette and seperate bedroom with ensuite. Have a drink on the patio which overlooks the shared swimming pool and outdoor shower or take your pick of relaxing on the outdoor lounge or sunbeds while taking in the lush surrounds. Enjoy breakfast in your own private courtyard where you will be forgiven for thinking you were somewhere in the Mediterranean. There’s even a little grassed area if you prefer to lay out a picnic blanket. We like to keep the interaction minimal and although you may catch a glimpse or hear us occasionally, we want you to feel you have the space to yourself. Centrally located between the beach and the hinterland, this property is conveniently placed to enjoy all things the Gold Coast has to offer. Within walking distance you will find a Dominos, Hungry Jacks, Pizza Hut & Woolworths and a 2 minute drive to Benowa Village Shopping Precinct with a McDonalds, Coles, Chemist, Sushibreak, service Station and Liquorland just to name few. There is also a bus stop right outside our door. The property is situated only a 10/15 minute drive to the famous Surfers Paradise beach, Broadbeach, Star Casino, Convention Centre and Pacific Fair Shopping Centre. Drive a further 10 mins south and you will reach Miami and Burleigh Beach. Treat yourself to a round of golf at Royal Pines, or grab some tickets and watch a game of AFL at Carrara Stadium, both only a couple minutes drive. Enjoy breakfast or an afternoon beverage at Double Barrel Kitchen & bar at The Marina Concourse next to Royal Pines - we recommend the pumpkin sourdough! A little further down from Royal Pines is Emerald Lakes dining precinct which looks like a replica of a little Parisian town, a must see! We are also conveniently located a short 5 minutes from the M1 Motorway where 20 minutes south will take you to Gold Coast Airport or north to Movie World, Wet n Wild & Dreamworld Theme parks. There is a bus stop 2 houses down the hill from our property but hiring a car would be the best way to go to enjoy all the things that the Gold Coast has to offer, there is an abundance to see and do! The main house is occupied by a young family who have a one year old boy and a two year old puggle dog. The pool house and main house are separated by a gate and an internal door that will be boarded up and soundproofed on our side. While the pool is a shared area and is overlooked by the main house, we tend to not use it while we have guests. We endeavour to keep our distance wherever possible and want you to feel you have the space all to yourself. The residence is also situated on a main road and whilst every attempt has been made to soundproof the property there will be some noise. There is a large rendered brick wall and gate separating the property from the road, it will feel like you are stepping into a little oasis from the hustle and bustle. This listing is for residential purposes only, if you wish to use the property for business purposes (location shoot/photo shoots etc) please put in a booking request first. Property to be accessed by guests only unless otherwise arranged (2 adults and 1 infant max). If you wish there is gated onsite parking for one vehicle and/or parking out front along the roadside.
