EcoHouse in Préty, a cute burgundy village

Bright and warm cottage located at the southern end of the village of Préty, surrounded by gardens. You will be surrounded by greenery and calm, with a large outdoor space where you can have lunch and relax on sunny days. The 4 hens and the small pond will delight children. In the town of Tournus located 5 kms away, you will find all the shops and services you need, including a cinema and many restaurants. Cottage for 5 adults maximum + 1 baby. Bedding included. The cottage is a 80 m² old house ecologically restored with all equipments. A kitchen/living-room of 25 m² downstairs, and 55 m² upstairs : 2 rooms, 1 bathroom and 1 wc. There is no television in the cottage, but a compact hifi system and internet by wifi, books and a some games. You could use dry toilets in the garden if you want to try. Small pets can be accepted on request at an additional cost. Located at the end of my house, the cottage has a separate entrance (with a key box). A place to park one car is free in my court. You can use an outdoor space about 60 m², and also visit my organic vegetable garden, the chicken coop and the pond. If you come with two cars, you will have to park them one behind the other, or preferably park one of the two cars elsewhere in the village (possibility of parking in the Foyer Rural car park located 5 minutes walk away. ). Tournus station located 5 kms away. I will adapt me to travellers. I usually work into my house during the week, but I may have time on saturday evening, sunday and monday. During these days or on some evenings, I might spend time with travellers if they want, to talk about places interesting to discover in the area, or about anything else. But I will be very discrete with people who just want to be quiet. Prety is a very nice village with a beautiful old church. You can easily walk to the river from the house. There is a train station in Tournus, 5 kms from the village. The total cost of the rental includes the charges, the equipment of the beds and the household linen, but not the storage and cleaning of the cottage after use, which are systematically requested of you. If for lack of time you really want to be relieved of the cleaning of the cottage, an additional 50 euros package will be requested. In this case, please let me know before the start of your stay. You will find on-site little towels (size 100 x 50cm), soap, hand towels and dishwashing detergent.
