Our large apartment has amazing marina views from both the bedroom, living room and patio, plus an extended living area with a second sofa bed if you want to bring the kids, making it perfect for 2 and awesome for four. Its fully air-conditioned by two split systems so will make even on the hottest of days of summer or the cooler days of winter just perfect. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook at home so the only tough decisions is whether to eat indoors or out. If you don't feel like cooking, steak and salad to go with the G&T is the easy choice. The Marina is right on your doorstep (literally) with all its bars, cafés and facilities just a stroll along the promenade. The gorgeous Claytons Beach is just a couple of mins walk to the top of the path. Cot and high chair are available FOC on request. SPECIAL COVID-19 INFORMATION These are extraordinary times and we must all pull together to get through. For every guest, our place is spotless anyway, but for your added peace of mind we would advise you that the health and safety of all owners, guests and residents is our top priority. Policies and procedures have been implemented in accordance with latest advice from the Department of Health. This includes but is not limited to Airbnb's Covid safety guidelines: - Prepare - Clean - Sanitise - Check - Reset Please remember to wash your hands thoroughly, sanitise regularly and keep a safe distance from others, thank you. * - * COMPLEMENTARY CONSUMABLES Whilst this is a self catering apartment, we understand that it’s expensive and time consuming to have to bring your own. In order that you can relax the moment you arrive we provide you with a generous amount of everything you need for a few days completely free of charge. Included are coffee, tea, sugar, breakfast cereals, milk, shampoo, body wash, washing powder, dishwashing etc etc. And for our parkrunners amongst us... PARKRUN (Free timed 5k run with friends). Our closest parkruns are: Quinns Rocks (2.5km away) Joondalup (10km) CHECK IN/OUT Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am. If you'd like to arrive early or sleep in a little, let us know and we will do what we can. An additional fee may apply. CLEAR THE AIR Please go outside the building to smoke, or it will cost you $300. CLEANING A one off cleaning fee is included in your booking which ensures that you will arrive to a spotlessly clean place with fresh towels, bed linen and a few provisions. So that we can maintain our high standard even during longer stays, we insist that our cleaner comes once a fortnight if your stay is 3 weeks or more. Usual cleaning fee of $100 will apply. Finally, a note about PARTIES: This is not the place to book if you intend to have a party or invite others who are not included in the booking. Having your family and friends over for a sundowner is perfectly acceptable, but late nights, loud noise and excessive drinking is not allowed. You will have the entire apartment and courtyard garden to yourself to enjoy. 1 secure parking space and free fast wifi internet. We will leave you in peace to enjoy our place but we can be available to help if necessary. RESPONSIBLE HOSTING - PLEASE READ: While family & social occasions are perfectly acceptable, please always let us know if you plan to have guests. We are committed to Responsible Hosting which means that we want our guests to have a positive experience staying in our place. It also means that we do not tolerate behaviour which is detrimental to our property or our neighbours and is not in line with Airbnb policy. Therefore we must stress our house rules are strictly: - NO PARTIES - NO SMOKING - NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS (without prior approval) - NO LOUD NOISE Please treat our property with the usual respect for other people's property and belongings and please be respectful of our neighbours. Any anti-social behaviour will be immediately reported to us by those on site and your booking will be cancelled with immediate effect. Mindarie Marina is a vibrant neighbourhood hub for families and tourists alike. The marina itself boasts a selection of restaurants, cafés and services, while the Ocean Keys Shopping Centre will provide every possible thing you could wish for. Claytons Beach is just a couple of minutes stroll from here. The No 481 Bus goes from Clarkson Station, via the Ocean Keys Shopping centre, Mindarie Marina and up to Quinns Rocks (and back again). Clarkson station is on the main Perth - Joondalup line, a 37 min train ride into the centre of Perth. There is CCTV outside and around the entry and exit points of the building and along the promenade. There is one flight of stairs down from the carpark level at the rear of the building, to the apartment which is on the ground level at the front of the building. Guest information is collected via a secure online check-in. We will always ask for a copy of your ID (drivers licence or passport) before you check-in and we may also ask for the security bond to be held by us. Airbnb does not actually take the security bond themselves.
