Kiberick Cottage is an idyllic 2 bedroomed, 3 bed cottage which can sleep up to four. Its south facing position and enclosed patio area and garden make it the perfect spot to appreciate Mineshop Valley in Crackington. With views across the meadows and woodland, you will feel a world away from it all and enjoying the 14 acres of private fields and woodland will be the break from the everyday that you need! A short 15 minute stroll to Crackington Haven Beach. ****KIBERICK COTTAGE AT MINESHOP**** Nestled down the end of a Cornish country lane, set in a south facing wooded valley is the beautiful hamlet of Mineshop. It is completely undisturbed and unspoilt meaning you can really take in the beauty and nature that surrounds you. We also benefit from having 14 acres of private fields and meadows to enjoy right on your doorstep!! This wonderful Cottage is situated in an amazing location, a real suntrap, within in an easy walk to the Beach and Pub at Crackington Haven. All our cottages have a south facing gated decking area, but Kiberick cottage has a lovely slated patio and an enclosed private garden. This makes it a perfect spot to unwind and relax while your children and dogs are safely playing and exploring. The Cottage has two bedrooms a comfortable open Lounge with lovely views across our fields and stream, Kitchen and dining area, Free WiFi, Free Heating and Electricity, Flat screen TV and DVD player in the lounge and Double bedroom, and porch. Kiberick Cottage has also had a complete winter refurbishment including a newly fitted bathroom. The Beds will be made up for your arrival. Please note, we do not currently supply towels so please do bring your own. Other than short breaks, our change over day is from Friday to Friday however if this doesn't suit please do contact us we may be able to change things for you. Dogs are welcome at Mineshop, we do make a charge of £25.00 per dog, they will enjoy are streamside Valley Fields, here they can have uninterrupted lead free freedom. The walk to the beach from Mineshop is an easy one, just under a mile, through our private fields and woodland footpath. The walk is relatively flat as it follows the valley all the way down to the beach. It is possible to take pushchairs along the path, please talk to us about this so that we can advise you how to open the kissing gate. Once your down at the beach you're right on the Cornish coast path, with miles and miles of breath taking views across the cliffs and ocean to be enjoyed. We are also in a brilliant spot to enjoy the idyllic inland walks through valleys and fields nearby. Mineshop is not only a wonderful couples retreat, dog owners heaven or a walkers paradise, but it is also a perfect spot for children. Our unspoilt meadows and woodland are a fantastic spot to explore and play. We also have some animals at Mineshop, in the summer months we quite often keeps pigs, but all year round we have chickens and ducks. Guests are more than welcome to collect eggs for their breakfast and help with feeding them. Please call in and we'll show you what to do. The entire cottage is your to enjoy! As well as the beautiful fields, woodland and stream that surround Kiberick. You are entirely free to make the most of Mineshop Valley and take in your peaceful, undisturbed surroundings. Please call in at Mineshop Cottage and we will show you into your cottage. We will give you your key and any local info you might need, but apart from that, we will leave you in peace. Any help you need then please just ask. Mineshop is exceptionally peaceful and quiet. The only noise is the stream, birds and the occasional duck quacking! We are the only people who live in the hamlet of Mineshop, the nearest neighbours are half a mile away! There is a Bus service but to see the area properly you do really need a Car Our change over days are a Monday and Friday.
