Free parking is available either on the street or in the offstreet car park behind the electronic gate. 15 minutes from the airport. The private studio for guests is separate to the main house where the owner lives. The studio is brand new. There is a full kitchen with oven, microwave, induction cooktop and fridge, with plenty of kitchen utensils, cutlery and crockery. The kitchen incorporates a dining area, 2 seater couch and TV. The sleeping area has a brand new King Koil queen size bed with quality linen and plenty of storage space for clothes. The private ensuite bathroom has a roomy shower with Methven shower head, quality fittings and towels and a heated towel rack to keep your towels fresh. Shampoo, shower gel and washing powder are also supplied. The bathroom also contains a Bosch front loading washing machine, and ironing board. There is a small private clothesline outside and a BBQ. You are free to enjoy seasonal herbs that grow in our garden. There are some external shared garden spaces. Ground floor studio is located adjacent to the main house with separate private entrance. Shared front garden and secure off street parking available. Hosts live on the property in a separate residence and are available for any assistance guests may need. This is a quiet suburban residential area and a great location to explore Adelaide and everything South Australia has on offer. The City/Bay tram is outside your door with Morphettville Race Course only 1 stop away. Glenelg, with it’s beautiful beaches, shopping and restaurants is a 10 minute tram ride or short drive. Bus services also go to the city and to Marion Shopping Centre and the Aquatics Centre. Tram is most accessible as well as bus to many other popular locations. Car parking is available on the street or in an onsite car parking space. Remote control available for electric gate.
