A relaxing spacious house perfect for couples, families or friends. Set in an excellent location on a quiet lane ten minutes from Henley town centre. The house has everything you need for a comfortable, luxurious stay! The Space The house has five bedrooms, one with a super king bed, two further bedrooms with double beds and a further bedroom with a single bed and a pull-out bed. The fifth bedroom can fit a single bed if needed. There are 4 bathrooms two en suite one with a double shower, main bathroom with a stand-alone stone bath and downstairs toilet. The main living room/tv room has an 82-inch tv with a great Dolby Atmos sound system so perfect for cinema nights. A further living room with Tv and log burner for those cosy nights. The dining room has seating for 7 people plus extra seating at the breakfast bar in the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including a dishwasher, 4 ovens, a microwave, coffee machine and spacious fridge/freezer. With a further utility room with fully functioning washing machine and dryer. There is a very spacious garden with dining area, BBQ and kids trampoline. There is plenty of parking on the very spacious front drive. The house is on a quiet lane with a spacious front drive which can accommodate 5 cars with ease. I am available anytime by phone. Around the Area: FOOD Set on a quiet lane within the Chiltern hills, just 7 mins drive from Henley on Thames the house is perfectly located to access some of the best Pubs and restaurants not only in the UK, but in the World. On the door step 2 mins drive away (walkable) is Anthony Worrel Thompson’s amazing Greyhound Pub, where not only Is the food Superb, but the drinks and atmosphere make it a magical location, A Local that you definitely need to visit during your stay. If you enjoy cycling then look no further, the house is conveniently located on part of the Chilterns cycleway. The Chilterns cycleway is a 170 Mile circular route passing right around the Chilterns area. Obviously, the route can be tailored to suite your ability, so whether it’s a pro tour stage, or a simple cycle around the local area there is plenty to keep you happy. If you’re looking for something less energetic then a trip to Henley on Thames is a must, the beautiful market town is world famous for its Regatta staged every year. Either a simple walk along the river, or hire a boat and take a trip up and down this beautiful town, maybe sipping a glass of Pimms if the weather is good! London is easily accessible with only a 25 Min Train ride from Reading station, you can be in Paddington Central London. It is well worth spending a day out in London to see the sites. Oxford is also another City worth Visiting, approximately 25 Mins drive will bring you to the amazing historic city, famous for its world-renowned University. a site seeing tour of the university and city is a must if visiting.
