La Guinguette - Stone longère - family safe clean.

This is a newly renovated stone longère. It has all the modern facilities you’d expect yet the charm of the original building has been beautifully retained. Set in a quiet rural area above the charming village of La Millière there are endless tracks and footpaths to explore. Nearby there are tourists attractions including the Vallée des Singes, Le Cormenier and Futuroscope. There is a spacious kitchen/diner a separate lounge and upstairs 3 bedrooms and a large bathroom. There is self check in. Ideal for people that want peace and tranquility. There is free accesss to a private fishing lake, free use of 3 adult mountain bikes, a barbecue and sun loungers. Nearby there are many places to visit and Poitiers is 35 minute’s away. We have taken additional measures in light of COVID 19 including enhanced cleaning and disinfecting , gaps between bookings, all linen and towels washed at higher temperatures, hand gel available, self check-in and remote contact/ safe distancing from hosts. There are local maps, tourist brochures available in the house. These have now been limited as an additional measure to reduce risk. We live next door so will provide you with a warm welcome, show you round the house, provide information on local tourist attractions, restaurants and events. We wear masks and gloves if you require us to show you round the property. The River Clain flows through the village providing beautiful views. There are a number of information boards highlighting the historical significance of local buildings including the chateau opposite the house. The house is ideally suited to families and group holidays. A car is essential to get to the house and to access shops and tourist attractions but there are a number of beautiful walks through the woods, across fields and along the river. You can also make use of the bikes we have. Very close to the Vallée Des Singes. Local restaurants and bars are open and are operating social distancing regulations.
