Cosy house near to city center gui

Very quiet, near to the center 15 min walking. Grossery and restaurants and bars 2 min walking. Come see the our beautiful city and the amazing view of the house of "penha". i work during the week. But if you have any emergency , i'm available to help. you have an amazing view from the rooftop. You can see the castel , the house of de "duques" and the higher point of guimaraes wich is penha. You can also enjoy the beautiful garden and the silence of the neighborhood but in an other hand you have the city center at 15 min walks you have a bust stop 1 min walk to go to Braga who's a beautoful city too or the center or neighbor city to guimaraes. but taxi are also very cheap to go everywhere . for example to go to the center by taxi is only 4 or 5 €
