Motion detection lighting so you're not in the dark as you enter the building or unit. Highway access. Easy in and out. Room to park if pulling a trailer. Outdoor plug in for boats, etc. Access through main entry door to foyer, hallway and Lazydayz Retreat. Door for Lazydayz is at the end of the hallway. One of us is available all the time and are generally within 15 minutes of the apartment.
