The Home is situated near Stockland Shopping Centre in a residential street in Kirwan. Just between Ross River Rd, Charles St, and Bamford Lane, it is also close to Woolworths at Parkside Plaza, Riverway Pool, and the Willows Shopping Centre. This fully renovated Spacious Home has 3 Bedrooms (2x Queen beds and 2x Single Beds) modern open plan Living, Dining, Kitchen, and Bathroom, plus a covered Courtyard for covered play or alfresco dining. Wireless Internet and access to home Office is also available. In Townsville you can enjoy the beach at The Strand, explore historical walks at jazzing Barracks, Kissing Point or climb Castle Hill for the great view. Magnetic Island is only a 20 min ferry ride from town and is well worth exploring. Beautiful one day, perfect the next - that's Queensland. Kirwan is close to Townsville's Stockland Shopping Centre, Hospital and University. It is also only a 5 min drive from the family friendly Riverway Pool and the Cowboys Rugby League Football Stadium. A short walk across the river the Riverside Tavern offers good food and drinks with a cool evening view of Ross River. Although it is possible to get around Townsville by bus or bicycle because of the North Queensland heat and strong sun most people choose to use a car. Townsville is a relatively small city with a good road system allowing you to go from Kirwan across town to the The Strand beach in only 20 mins.
