Relax and Unwind with Lake Views

Sault Properties - Lake House, is a beautiful near new home situated only a few hundred meters from Lake Victoria, in the town of Loch Sport. The house is suited to couples or small families looking for a quite and relaxing weekend away in a beautifully appointed home by the lakes. There are 2 bedrooms; one with a queen bed and the other with a double bed and single bunk. The house is on stilts, giving it views over Lake Reeve, and there is ample space to park cars. The Lake House has a beautiful and well appointed kitchen, and a portable BBQ is also available. The laundry is modern and includes a brand new Samsung washer/dryer combo to make washing & drying your beach gear easy. A full high definition 50” Samsung TV is accompanied by a Samsung blu-ray player, and an xBox 360, so you may wish to bring along movies or games to play. A great selection of board games are also available to play, a bodyboard for the beach, and a rechargeable torch for night walks. As this holiday house is also used by our family the rear (3rd) bedroom will be locked, as it contains all of our personal belongings (clothes, family photos etc.). The rest of the house however is all yours. At Sault Properties we run our Airbnb like a Hotel; so we're not in your face. Having said that, we pride ourselves on great customer service... so we're available when you want or need us. Just message through Airbnb, text or call if you need anything during your stay. Loch Sport is a quite little country town located in-between two lakes (Lake Victoria and Lake Reeve) and the 90 Mile Beach. Add to this a National Park, two golf courses (Loch Sport and Golden Beach), and wildlife galore, and you've got a magical little weekend away just waiting for you. With Kangaroos, Echidnas, Deer, Emus and Possums all locals; if you like wildlife you'll love Loch Sport. The Lake View Hotel is a 10min walk or 2min drive away, where you can relax with a beer and a pub meal overlooking Lake Victoria. Fishing and watersports are brilliant at Loch Sport, so if you have a boat or a JetSki don't forget to bring it. Sale is a 40min drive away, where you can go shopping, relax and\or fish on the Thompson River or watch a movie at the Cinemas. Finally, if you've got a 4WD there are some great tracks to explore in the National Park, or off Seacombe-Sperm Whale Head Road. There is a bus service that heads to Sale from just in front of the local FoodWorks. The majority of the National Park is accessible to non-4WD vehicles, however there are some 4WD only tracks also. Please note that due to the remoteness of this property, guests will need to bring their own towels and linen (bed sheets and doona covers). There is a single, double and queen size bed, so please bring enough\appropriate linen.
