Who prefer small farmer shops and vans, selling fresh vegetables and fruits, cozy restaurants with delicious food and hospitality of local people. Who is curious to travel and who appreciate nature and clean blue sea (blue flag FEE award). Nearest airport - Bari (around 1,5 h by car). Apartment in a new modern villa with panoramic view on the sea (600 m), first line (but preferably to go by car or by bus, which stops close to the house, due to steep descent from the hill), in a silent place between marina of the town and the old town. There are small shops and restaurants in 10 min by feet (but again going uphill), while the main infrastructure is by the coast, where is comfortable to get by bus or by car. The flat size is around 112 m² and is for 4-6 guests. Consists of a kitchen-living room, 2 bedrooms (one is with one double bed, the second is with two single beds), 2 bathrooms and a big terrace (75 m²). From living room you will experience, through panoramic windows, a stunning view on the sea. Flat is equipped with: washing machine, kitchen with dishwasher, TV, WiFi, air conditioners in every room, solarium beds and everything else needed for a comfortable staying. In the common territory of the facility is available a barbecue place. Parking is free. Sia la Marina che il paese di Roseto Capo Spulico sono raggiungibili in 5-10 minuti a piedi, ma data la pendenza del percorso, sarebbe meglio utilizzare l'auto o il bus.
