Shady Retreat is walking distance to Whitfords Shopping Centre and a short drive to Mullaloo Beach, Hillarys Boat Harbour and Joondalup Shopping Centre which is Perths largest. Fully air conditioned, alfresco area, free WiFi and a table tennis table. The property is dog friendly but strictly on approval, so please contact me to discuss prior to placing a booking request. A new kitchen and laundry have been installed and solid floors throughout. Kitchen photos uploaded, bedroom photos to follow. Situated in a quiet loop in Kallaroo. Right next to a huge oval. The house sits on a very large block surrounded by mature trees which offer plenty of shade. Fully air conditioned for Summer and a powerful gas heater and electric blankets for chilly Winter evenings. The property has one bathroom with seperate WC. Huge double built in wardrobe in the Queen bedroom and another large built in wardrobe in the second double room. The Other two bedrooms have free standing wardrobes. One has two single beds and the other has a double bed. A new kitchen and laundry have just been installed and we have extended the same floor throughout all the bedrooms and hallway. The whole house has been freshly painted also. I have uploaded kitchen photos and new bedroom photos will follow. The property has a large pergola/alfresco area with a table tennis table and BBQ, perfect for the casual relaxing evening after a day at the beach. The back garden is secure for children and a dog strictly on approval. I always meet my guests on their arrival to make sure they're settled in and orientated and of course to make sure they know the best local eating places. I've hosted many families migrating to Perth, some of whom I'm still in touch with. Being originally from England myself I'm happy to help with my local knowledge and experience in any way I can. The house is in a very quiet loop which means only residents and their visitors drive along the street generally. It’s just a couple of hundred yards from a huge recreation ground where you can kick a ball around and where you also have a wonderful Lebanese restaurant, bottle shop, fish and chips and a couple of other shops. The house is very well situated for access to public transport, shopping and beaches and Joondalup Country Club and Golf Course but I would still recommend hiring a car to make the most of your stay
