Light and airy room in fully vaccinated and spacious home with easy parking, located 1 mile from Trowbridge town centre and train station with regular services to Bath and Bristol. The room has a comfortable seating area for watching TV with tea/coffee and a very light snack breakfast provided. The large private bathroom is across the landing and has a separate shower cubicle and a bath. There is a well stocked Co-op 3 minutes walk away, open until 10pm everyday. As the space is within our home, we are around much of the time during the day, so we're not able to offer access to the rest of the house. However, we are happy to discuss access to the fridge and microwave on request. The bedroom and bathroom are located on the first floor up a flight of straight stairs. Our home has great access to main routes with the White Horse business park located under 10 minutes car journey away. The house is on the corner of Noctule avenue and Daubenton Close. As you enter Noctule avenue, turn right into Daubenton close and there is plenty of parking there. There is a bus stop 5 mins walk from the house with a regular service into Trowbridge town centre and station and the surrounding area.
