Winona West End Loft

A roomy, but cozy upstairs loft with den, kitchen, bedroom with new queen bed, and full bath. Guest wifi and television with cable included. Shared entrance with homeowner but completely private space with locked door at top of main stairs. The most common description guests have of our loft is clean, comfortable, and cozy. It could be called "modern rustic." The den and sleeping area is an open design, with a 3/4 wall separating them. The kitchen and bathroom both have doors for privacy--if you are an early riser, go into the kitchen, close the door, and make your coffee and enjoy the view out the kitchen window overlooking the nearby bluffs! Guests will have full access and private use of the upstairs loft. We are long time Winona residents and will be happy to give directions and recommend things to do and places to eat! We are in a quiet neighborhood on the west end of Winona, a mile and a half from downtown. It's a convenient location, midway between the Winona State University and St. Mary's University campuses. We're also a few blocks from WSU's west campus, Cotter High School, the Minnesota Conservatory for the Arts, and the entrance to the walking\bike path around Lake Winona. A comfortable, clean, affordable place to call your own while visiting Winona! Getting around Winona is easy. Walking is always an option (30 minutes to downtown), as well as biking and of course driving. We also have taxis, Lyft (no Uber), and we're on a bus route.
