The Unhampton

This Brookhaven Hamlet detached cottage (totally separate) is for people who love nature and preserved quiet spaces. Fire Island is a ferry ride away, Manhattan is one hour by train and the Hamptons are a 25 minute ride.15 minutes from the restaurants and coffee shops in Patchogue and just a couple of minutes from Bellport Village. Centrally located and truly peaceful! The area is historical and unspoiled. The property is situated across from a nature preserve. The nearby town of Bellport is very close by and is so quaint. Beaches can be accessed either by car or by driving and then taking a ferry. There are many shops and excellent restaurants in nearby Patchogue as well. The infamous Hamptons are 25 minutes away by car. There are plenty of Long Island vineyards and they are 35-45 minutes away. Bicycles are available. Guests are free to spend time in the pool and the gazebo. Bikes are also available but you will need to bring your own helmets (B.Y.O.H.). We try to help our guests with all their needs and like to be available at all times for any questions/concerns. The Hamlet is beautiful, quiet and extremely relaxing. Visit the marina, library, nearby villages or organic farms. LIRR stops bring the city folk out but it is best to have a car. A private boat ride can be arranged for an additional fee. The vineyards are 35 minutes away and transportation is also available upon request. Breakfast items are available in the cottage such as yogurt, English muffins, coffee...nothing too fancy but good for on-the-go.
