Remodeled Bungalow House Close to Lake Winnie, Fort Oglethorpe, Chickamauga, the Chattanooga National Military Park and Downtown Chattanooga TN. Completely Remodeled Bungalow in great and convenient location! Close to everything that Northwest Georgia and Chattanooga TN has to offer. Only 5 minutes from Lake Winnepesaukah Family Amusement Park, Ft Oglethorpe GA and 15 minutes from all the attractions in Downtown Chattanooga, which includes; the Incline at Rock City and Ruby Falls, the Aquarium, Walking Bridge, Coolidge Park, Discovery Museum and many more. The house is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. It is a 2 bedroom with 1 new queen bed and a twin over full bunk bed, 1 full bathroom and nice quiet covered deck in the back yard. We have remodeled the kitchen with granite countertops, updated the cabinets, installed new LVP flooring throughout the whole house, stainless steel appliances in kitchen, new couch (smaller couch), new dining table, and several pieces of furniture, we completely rehabbed the bathroom with new tile shower/tub combo and vanity, fresh coat of paint for the interior and exterior of the house, new vinyl windows and big double size driveway for easy parking which has been recently sealed. There is a new 58" Smart TV in the living room and TV in both bedrooms. We also have a Playstation 3 with games in the living room if anyone is interested. All the TVs are capability of streaming online channels which you will need your own accounts to access. There are a few free channels for your immediate viewing. Please be aware we allow 1 pet (dog only) and no other animals. Your dog must be house broken, vaccines up-to-date, must be on leash at all times when in public per city/county laws but welcome to run free in our fenced backyard and be well behaved around people & animals. PLEASE NOTE: This is not a party house! NO SMOKING OR DRUGS ALLOWED! The neighbors are very close and have my number so be aware you will be asked to leave if having parties and being disrespectful of my neighbors and community, NO EXCEPTIONS! Older neighborhood with very close neighbors and narrow road. Please be respectful of the neighbors and do not be loud during your stay especially after 9PM-9AM the next day. We understand this is our guests vacation but our neighbors live here everyday and probably have to work the next day.
