Secluded private cottage

The secluded cottage is set in a beautiful tropical garden and cater for anyone who is looking for private self-contained accommodation. The kitchen, dining and lounge area is open plan with sweeping views of the tropical garden outside. We are 2 minutes drive from Woombye and about 5 minutes drive from Palmwoods. Montville is a 15 minutes drive and the beaches of the Sunshine Coast are 20 minutes from here. Secluded cottage, very private, fully self contained Our spacious and comfortable cottage is equipped with: a queen size bed a smart tv with access to Netflix, YouTube, Stan etc free unlimited Wi-Fi split system air-conditioning and ceiling fan bathroom with vanity shower and toilet hairdryer and free toiletries linen and towels full equipped kitchenette with fridge/freezer, a microwave and portable electric cook top kettle and toaster coffee machine full cooking facilities like crockery, cutlery etc iron and ironing board seating area with seats and coffee table private, covered veranda with table and chairs private gas BBQ parking space access to the swimming pool Private access There are a few restaurants and take aways to choose from within 5 minutes drive and more to choose from at the coast and hinterland. The cottage is non smoking, but smoking on your private veranda is allowed. No parties are allowed. Pet friendly (extra charge) Our cottages are pet friendly. Pets are allowed inside but must be fully house trained and our pet rules of our pet policy have to be accepted and followed. Always advise us when you bring your pet. For dogs: Any size dog is welcome as long as the dog is fully house trained and up to date with all vaccinations and flea treatments. Also we allow more then one dog. Please contact us with any questions. The cottages are fenced (1.5 metre high fence) and we have an off leash area (1 acre unfenced) for your dog(s) to run and play. We also have a fenced off leash area for the smaller dogs in a separate part of our garden. We charge $10 per pet per night. Pet minding services are available on request and are as of $30 per pet sit. Please advise on your booking if you are bringing a pet so we can email you some more information regarding your stay. We also have a horse paddock for your horses. Feel free to contact us if you have any more questions. PET POLICY: Pet Policy We would like to introduce you to our rules for pets. We love pets, but we also want all our guests to enjoy their stay. We’re asking you to accept and embrace our rules. Thank you very much. • Our pet fee is $10 per pet per night and is not included in the nightly rate. • Your pet has to be fully house trained and up to date with their vaccinations and flea and worm treatments. • If you would like to take your dog off leash, our off-leash area is on the other side of our property. Next to the swimming pool path, there is another path. Please follow that path and you will see the fenced dog area. Your dog is also allowed to be off leash anywhere outside that fenced area on that side of the property (approx. 1 acre) but it is not fenced. •. Please be aware that we might have other guests staying with dogs too when taking your dog to the off-leash area. Please make sure you only let your dog off-leash when you are confident that your dog is friendly to other dogs. • Please do not leave your pet alone in the cottage or on the property for any length of time. • Pets are allowed inside but keep your pet off the furniture or bed. • Pets are not allowed at the swimming pool area. However, you can put your dog on a leash and leave the dog on the grassed area outside the pool gate. Or as long as your dog is not disturbing other guests and your dog is comfortable with being alone, you can leave the dog in the fenced area of your cottage. Please make sure the cottage door and gate are closed. • On request we offer pet minding services starting from $30 per pet sit. • We provide a towel for your dog. Do not use other towels to dry or clean your pet’s paws. • Be sure to keep your pet on a leash/carrier if the pet is outside the cottage’s fenced area. • In consideration for other guests, please clean up after your pet. • Owner takes responsibility and assures pet(s) are up to date with flea treatments. We strongly advise the pet(s) have a current tick treatment including the paralysis tick. • If your room requires excessive cleaning or if damages are incurred as a result of your pet’s actions, there will be extra charges. • We count on you to prevent your pet from making excessive noise, being disruptive or aggressive to other guests. If your pet is deemed dangerous, harmful or disruptive, management has sole discretion to require you to find other accommodation. The management also reserves the right to contact animal control to have a pet removed. • The owner of the pet(s) is responsible for all damage whilst on the property.
