Luxury villa 30 min from the center of Prague

Luxurious villa designed in very hight standarts with a beautiful garden in the trendy area of Říčany u Prahy. There is direct train which brings you the the center of Prague in 30 minutes. Great especially for families, leisure, golf or business. Perfect to visit Prague and relax later on outside terrace in the garden. Golf courses in Hostivař and Černý Most just 20 minutes drive. The home is design in a very high standard but also in a way that is very comfortable a cosy. The space is full of light and open space. the ground floor consist of living room, dinner, kitchen and toilette. There is direct access to the terrace and garden. Behind wood paneling there is secret little study with extra bed. On the south facing terrace there is big sofa area and dinning area with 2 tables. Both areas are protected from the sun with 2 marquises. There is trampoline and a swing for the kids. The first floor consist of one bedroom ( not open to guests, kids room with 2 single beds, small bedroom with double bed, laundry room, toilet and bathroom with walking -in shower, bathtub and double sinks. Second floor consist of bedroom with double bed, study ( closed to guests), kids playroom with also double bed and bathroom with bathtub and WC. You will have access to whole house and garden excluding one bedroom on the first floor and study in the second floor.
