A large grass garden, pool and barbecue makes it suitable for big groups sharing natural spaces and leisure moments. House is 10 mins far from Sant'Agata Dei Goti (very beautiful medievil village rich of art, history, culture and gastronomy) and Dugenta, town known for its "Wildpig food fair".
