Tramways Holiday Cottage - a detached open-plan self-catering holiday home in the heart of Cornwall. Situated on one of Cornwall's historic Mining Heritage Sites, guests enjoy immediate access to walks along the old railway and tramway trails, with beautiful views in all directions. Tramways is just 25 miles from Land’s End, 10 miles from Truro and 8 miles from Falmouth. The popular seaside town of St Ives is less than half an hour away and the North and South coasts are conveniently close. On entering, you will come straight into the lounge area with TV, coffee table, sofa, electric fireplace and nearer the kitchen area, a glass dining table with two chairs. The kitchen area has everything you will need for a comfortable self-catering experience. A spiral staircase takes you to the mezzanine bedroom - king sized bed, TV and clothes storage. The bathroom, on the ground floor comprises shower, basin, towel rail and WC. Strictly non smoking and pet free space. This is a detached cottage, so all areas are accessible to guests, including the outside patio and small "sitting" garden. Please note that the upstairs area is only accessible via a spiral staircase.
