Fabulous rural house with views to the mountains

A rustic house very well conserved and refurbished. The house is big and spacious, with a beautiful garden ideal for those who want to relax in a quiet environment. Also perfect for a group of active people, as many sports can be practiced around the area. In 20 minutes there is a beach. The house is located in a quiet place in the village of Caimari that is why we ask our guests to respect our neighbours and not make any noise after midnight. SWIMMING POOL UNDER CONSTRUCTION, READY FOR APRIL It is an ideal place to spend some holidays with family and friends. Also the perfect place for a cycling trip exploring the great roads of Mallorca and its beautiful surroundings. The house has got a spare room which can be locked, where you can leave bicycles, luggage, or any items. The charming porch as well as the garden create peaceful ambiance. Brother and sister, (Maria and Francisco) will be available for anything you may need during your stay :) Very quiet area. It has a supermarket only 2 minutes walking distance from the house. Also some good and local restaurants in the neighborhood. Funny fact: there is a bar specialized in cyclists excellent to recover from huge effort ;)
