It is easy to see why the village has won the coveted ‘prettiest village in England’ award on numerous occasions. In the village, you will find a Market Cross, adjacent to St Andrew’s Church, dating backto the 13th century. Equally famous is the luxurious 5 star Manor House Hotel, with its own one Michelin star restaurant and charming tea rooms. The hotel also has a lovely golf course with a fully equipped gym. In addition, the village has 2 delightful pubs, tea houses, and local gift shop. Home made cakes, sweets and bunches of flowers are also available outside the local resident’s houses. All.
