I have a single room in detached house. The room has a wardrobe, and free WIFI. There is also a sink in the room, and there is a shared bathroom. You are also free to use the microwave, kettle and toaster in the kitchen. Meals are available upon request and at a reasonable price. The house is in a quiet area, with free parking. The house is within walking distance of public transport, which will take you into the city, to the airport or the university. It is ideally situated as it is only a 5 minute walk to Southampton University. Also, it is a 10 minute bus ride to the train station and Southampton airport. Within walking distance there are also supermarkets, shops , restaurants and banks. Other notable nearby attractions include Winchester Cathedral, Salisbury Cathedral, Stonehenge, New Forest, Portsmouth and Bournemouth. About 20 miles away, or a 30 minute drive and you will be at the beach on the south coast of England. Numerous restaurants, shops and supermarkets within walking distance. No smoking allowed in the room and house. For 1 night stay, there is a cleaning fee of £5 payable on arrival.
