Casa Themba Pool View is a fully renovated luxury apartment on the first floor with lift and communal swimming pool in Gran Alacant. The apartment is suitable for max. 6 people and equipped with new furniture, has a spacious south-facing terrace overlooking the swimming pool. There are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed and the other two bedrooms each have two single beds. Due to the southern location also very suitable for winter stay. Completely renovated and newly furnished apartment with lift (3 steps to reach the lift) with new modern furniture that will make your stay unforgettable. The kitchen is also completely new and equipped with all necessary equipment to make your holiday as relaxed as possible. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob and washing machine. You make coffee with the Nespresso machine. From the spacious living room you have access to the sunny terrace with a lounge corner and dining area with 6 chairs you have a view of the communal swimming pool. The terrace is equipped with a large awning so that you can relax in the shade if the sun is too much for you ;-) If you are tired of lazing around, you can go for a swim in the communal swimming pool with separate children's area. Of course you can also go to the beach which is 5 minutes away by car or with the tourist train (walking 3 km). The large shopping center with Lidl, Mercadona, Jysk and various restaurants is 5 minutes away by car. Several restaurants and a small supermarket within walking distance. Other guests never stay in the same apartment. We live in the immediate vicinity of our apartment and are therefore, if necessary, quickly on site.
