Comfortable, spacious and bright apartment overlooking the sea. It was completely remodeled in May 2018 and rethought for the comfort and conviviality of families, friends or couples in romance. 45m2 just for the kitchen and living room creating a cozy and comfortable living area. Two bedrooms with double beds and wardrobes, both bedrooms with side sea views, one bedroom with Cable TV. Balcony with fantastic panoramic views both north and south of the fantastic Peniche Peninsula, perfect place to help you choose the best swell (if surfing is what you are looking for). The balcony is equipped with table and chairs, stone barbecue and offering great views, especially at night while still enjoying the sea breeze. Comfort, well-being and quality, with proximity to the beach, is what you can expect during your stay. For rainy days, if you choose to stay indoors, Goggle Chrome Cast and original DVD movies are available if you choose to enjoy the comfort that our home offers. WI-FI internet is also available and 150 cable channels. There is a swimming pool (summer season) and a tennis court in the neighborhood - PAID. Easy parking in front of the apartment. Beautiful beach 150 meters from the house with the best conditions for surfing (same location as the Portuguese Surfing Federation school) or for walking in winter and to do everything in summer. Free parking next to the building. We will offer you before your arrival a long list with recommendations about the city and surrounding areas. We will be always available for every needed! Is a quiet neighborhood with the facilities swimming pool and tennis courts (PAID), a restaurant-bar just next to the beach. A car is required. Free parking places in front to the apartment. The apartment will be clean with clean bed sheets, pillows and towels prior to your arrival. Additional cleaning can also be arranged at extra cost upon request. - Stays longer than 4 days: you will be provided with 2 sets of towels per person. Any extra set of towels has a 10€ cost. - Stays longer than 10 days: you will be provided with 2 sets of bed clothing for each bed. Any extra set of bed clothing has a 30€ cost. - Extra cleaning has a 50€ cost. - 2 persons = 1 bed - 2nd bed = 3 and 4 persons Or under previous request (30€) - Extra single-bed = 5 persons Or under previous request (20€) Check-in, in person, will include a fee if: .
