Super Cute Basement Apartment *No Cleaning Fee*

Welcome to your home away from home! We’re looking forward to hosting you here in beautiful Moscow, ID. I am dedicated to keeping our spaces clean, comfortable and beautiful so that you have a 5 star experience. A few things to note, the bedrooms are stacked on top of each other so some noise carries. This is a basement apartment so you will hear the floor creaking as people walk around up stairs. This is a pet free and non smoking home. We're looking forward to hosting you during your stay! This cute little 600 square foot basement apartment is a great place to call home. It has a kitchen with a small stove/oven, microwave, and a full size refrigerator/freezer. We try to provide everything you need to feel right at home. If you need an extra bed we have a queen size and/or twin size air mattress if needed. We're happy to provide a Keurig with coffee and tea for you to enjoy. The bedroom has an amazingly comfy queen size bed and lots of storage space for your personal items. We have Smart TV’s in the bedroom and the living room so that you can enjoy your favorite show. WiFi and a workspace are provided for your convenience. And, you can enjoy the beautiful evening outside on your own personal covered patio with bistro lights and an outdoor dining area. We have contact free check in with a keypad lock and our interaction is based on whatever you're comfortable with. We live on the main floor of the house and are available most of the time by phone. We both come and go throughout the day and often into the evening. Moscow, ID is a beautiful town to explore. We have wonderful restaurants and breweries and are located just 2 miles from downtown Moscow and the amazing Farmers Market. We are a short 1/2 mile walk from Jim Lyle Rotary park which has a picnic area and a play area for the kiddos. While you're here make sure to stop in at Le Petit Cafe Fleuri for amazing french pastries. We're located 2.2 miles from Gritman Medical Center in Moscow, 11 miles from Pullman Regional Hospital and 35 miles from Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center in Lewiston ID. We have one parking spot saved for you right in front of the apartment. Moscow also has a free transit that is available to catch at a stop 1/2 mile from the house. Although this is a non smoking home we do occasionally have friends over to smoke cigars in the yard or on the deck but never inside and well away from the rented areas.
