Apartment is in a walkout basement with your own entrance and privacy. We live upstairs. Property and apartment is pet and smoke free. Set up for max 2 guests only with a luxurious King bed. Enjoy your own patio. The side yard by your apartment is for your enjoyment as well as the front yard. The back yard is reserved for the host. We live on the property upstairs. Entrances are separated. We provide a keypad entry for your convenience. We are around to offer any assistance. We respect your privacy. St Charles is a vibrant, historic town with lots of photo opportunities. Settled alongside the Fox River, it combines a picturesque downtown with nature. We are spoiled by having not only this town so close, we also have historic Geneva and Batavia that are equally worth a visit. We love where we live and would love to share it with you. The property is on a 3/4 acre lot with a field across the street so it's nice and green, spacious and serene. Mature trees are nice to sit under. We enjoy the best of both worlds, a little rural yet so close to everything with a 5 minute drive to grocery stores, Geneva Commons, Costco, Otter Cove Water Park, bike trails, soccer fields and downtown St Charles. Closest train is 8 minutes drive to La Fox station and 10 minutes drive to Geneva station which will take you straight into Chicago. There are some great jogging trails nearby. Please note that due to extra precautions for Covid we are only allowing registered guests in the apartment at the moment so no entertaining visitors. Please do not request a booking if your profile is not complete, so please ensure your profile has been verified and that you have a current photo of yourself. There is one flight of external stairs which are a little steeper than most to access the apartment. None of our guests have had any difficulty with the stairs, even our lovely older guests. We just want you to know there are stairs.
