My place is close to the CBD of Adelaide (4km), Adelaide Oval, Festival theatre, Adelaide university and much more. North Adelaide is even closer with its vibrant restaurants, bars, cafes and shopping.. You’ll love my place because it has a beautiful relaxing tree shaded park across the road where you can have your morning cup of tea. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. There are two bathrooms in the property and you will have exclusive use of the upstairs bathroom. The kitchen, lounge, meals and laundry areas will be shared. Off street parking is available and the option of parking on the driveway if you are not adverse to doing a car shuffle in the morning. Its a quiet narrow street with a low amount of traffic, so your car should be safe. Public transport to the city Bus - is very close about 200m walk to bus stop that takes you directly to the city about $5.40 for a ticket Tram - stop about 2.5km away at the front of Adelaide Entertainment centre, which you can drive or walk to and is free into the city. Train station - about 1km away that takes you into the city at about $5.40 a ticket. Uber - into the city is approximately $15 depending on where and time of day.
