The Garden Room at Lullington Studio is perfect for a single person or a couple either as a quiet, country retreat or as a base for exploring the beautiful Somerset countryside and nearby attractions. It is within easy reach of the City of Bath. The Garden Room is a tranquil, ground floor room with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, its own entrance and terrace. It is part of a renovated and extended traditional 19th century stone building set in a quiet garden at the southern end of the small village of Lullington, two miles from Frome, and 12 miles south of the City of Bath. There are footpaths through open countryside, a much celebrated 12th century church in the village and no street lights. Access to private woodland nearby. Golf at Orchardleigh Golf Club. Wifi. Perfect for a couple or single person. The Studio garden and terrace. Private woodland with access from Lullington Lane on request. I will welcome you on arrival, show you the Garden Room and be available if you have any queries during your visit. I am also happy to show you Little Hill Wood which you are welcome to explore and enjoy while you are staying. Some Local Attractions:- Frome with its rich history, its listed buildings, independent cafes and shops, arts centres, theatres and cinema, is a visitors' delight. Explore Cheap Street and Catherine Hill and stop off at La Strada, The Garden Café or Sam's Kitchen for a delicious bite. Frome Independent Market - First Sunday of the month between April and December. An innovative, vibrant market in the town centre that showcases the very best of local independent produce and crafts. Stourhead House and Gardens BA12 6QF The jewel in the crown of the National Trust. Hauser and Wirth, Bruton, BA10 0NL A pioneering world-class gallery and multi-purpose arts centre. Westbury Station BA13 4HP has fast direct trains to London Paddington, and Warminster Station BA12 9BR, trains to London Waterloo via Salisbury.
