Pretty cottage near beach

Pretty, warm and very comfortable Victorian cottage in lovely village with great pub and shop just a mile from the beautiful North Norfolk coast. Fully equiped kitchen; dining table seating up to 6, d/s cloakroom, family bathroom with separate shower; sunny, safe enclosed garden, WiFi. Double, twin and full-sized bunk bed rooms, all proper mattresses and cotton sheets. Friday/Monday changeovers preferred. Flexible changeover outside high season but can’t offer Sunday check ins. It's a lovely comfortable home from home. It is a Victorian cottage - the stairs are narrow and the landing has a step up to the bedroom on the right and to the main landing to the other bedrooms and bathroom on the left. The house is otherwise fully modernised and comfortable. Whole house and private secure courtyard garden. I am available via text and the housekeeper is nearby if you have any issues. In a very pretty village with a fantastic pub and shop, Peddars Way opposite and miles of beautiful walks straight from the cottage. Extensive sandy beaches run right along the coast from Hunstanton to Wells and beyond. Brilliant birdwatching (multiple nature reserves within 15 minutes drive). Regular coastal hopper bus available to ferry you along the coast. This is a rural village and parking is on the wide verge directly opposite the house. You will need to take your own towels.
