Great sea view flat in Samatya

Lovely sea view apartment in the Historical Peninsula of İstanbul. My apartment is in old Byzantine village which you can live excellent Turkish neighbourhood experience and feel the Byzantine soul. The house has beautiful sea view in a great neighbourhood.You can feel at home in the house after long Istanbul city tour. It is time to relaxing .. Beatiuful İstanbul sea and nice neighbourhood together will make your holiday unforgettable. Samatya is old Byzantine village who they protect with walls from enemies .There is still antic walls from Byzantine .There is lots of historical church inside the neighbourhood.Still here Muslim , Armenian and Greeks lives together and which makes the neighbourhood unique. You will use whole apartment. 2 Double Bedroom, 1 Living Room ( 1 Sofa you can use as bed ), 1 Kitchen, 2 Bathroom and 1 Little Balcony. Access to Heating system, TV,Kitchen Equipments (includes oil , salt ,paper and other main cooking spices) , Refrigerator, Washing Machine, Dishwashers, Oven, Iron ,Hair Dryer, Towels and Bedsheet, DVD and movies I will support my guest for all they needs.I will recommend some tips and restaurant and any other needs but also also I care their privacy .When they need to me I will be a phone call away. One of the most famous and traaditional squares of Istanbul, Samatya Meydani is located 50 feet to our house. Bus station is 50 mt tou our houset, where you can find a bus (80T) to get Taksim center directly. It is 20 minutes by bus to Eminonu, Grand Bazaar, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque etc, 20-25 minutes to Taksim. 20 minutes to Ataturk International Airport by taxi. It is just 5 minutes to sea cost for nice jogging and biking. From the Ataturk Airport you can take a taxi to get home, it costs around 40 TL. Bus stop 50 feet to our house, dolmuş (shaared small cab) Going Asian part of Istanbul you will use Marmaray tube (to go Asian side in 10 minutes ) Airport just 20 minutes from the house by taxi .
