Guests have full use of private studio style cottage and attached deck with seating and BBQ area Parking is available on site Access to and from property separate from main house at the rear of the property Guests will be given privacy Host available if needed Cabin is at rear of residential property a Short walk to Maianbar Beach 15 minute drive to Bundeena Fishing is good at the Basin a fresh water estuary - you can fish near the bridge Bonevale Camping ground is a 20 minute bushwalk away Maianbar Shop can supply the essentials and does great hamburgers coffee and cakes Bundeena has an IGA supermarket, Service Station and several cafes as well as Clubs serving bistro meals at lunch and dinner. Many artists reside in the area and there is an Art Trail each month. Bundeena markets operate on the last Sunday of each month. Maianbar does not have a public transport system. Private vehicle is essential Ferry to Cronulla operates from Bundeena wharf on the hour and returns leaving Cronulla on the half hour Bundeena is a 30 minute walk via a bush track at the end of Pacific Cresent The walk takes you beside the mangrove area to the Basin bridge where you cross the fresh water estuary and continue through the Bonnievale Camping grounds and follow the rocks to Hordens beach in low tide or take road to the Bundeena Service Station and then head left back to the beach- an easy and relaxing walk through gorgeous bushland The guesthouse is situated amongst the trees in the bush at the rear of 8 Pacific Cres a residential property Access is from a private dirt road to the right off Kara Karoo St The track leads to the rear of several residential properties and the guesthouse is at the rear of 8 Pacific Cres Please read directions
