Self cater, own entrance, parking, close to town

This self catering accommodation is a self contained space with own entrance, comprising of a well proportioned open planned kitchen living room with separate bedroom and shower room (No bath) it has its own private entrance with off road parking space for one car outside door, a 10 minute walk from Weymouth Harbour and local amenities. No garden access. The accommodation comes with linen and towels which are changed as required during any stay, also provided are some basic consumables like coffee, tea, milk and sugar. No garden access. Guests will have their own off road parking space out side the door. They will have access to the whole apartment. However there is no access to outdoor seating or garden. The accommodation is situated in a busy working household and the hosts may not always be available during the day, however they will be in most evenings and contactable by phone. The accommodation has its own entrance and key safe outside to help with arrivals and departures if hosts are out . This accommodation is attached to a private house around a 10 minute walk from Weymouth harbour and town center. The accommodation has its own off road car space next to front door, Weymouth has a main bus terminal with links nationally, it also has a main line train service to London and Bristol. Arrangements can be made for collection from station if hosts are available. Our normal notice for booking is 48 hours, however if there are no guests staying before your planned dates you may be able to book with less than 48 hours notice.
