I love my flat and want to host only guests who might love it too.I dont consider this a business: It is about hosting people who apreciate my home. I need to know what my potential guests are expecting and if I (my flat) can offer it. Welcome ! -Brandnew flat - literally walking distance to Stephansplatz (center of the city center) -or with living room -Fully equipped kitchen (stove, dishwasher, microwave oven...) -seperate bathroom and toilet - washmachine and dryer available (in a common room for a small fee) - very close to the AKH (General Hospital) - great for jogging - tram around the corner (7 different lines) - beautiful huge quiet balcony - open kitchen - lots of shops around - large balcony (sun all afternoon) - US Embassy less than 5 minutes walking distance away - University in walking distance - the apartment- complex has an internationally recognised design - Garage within the house (has to be extra rented) - small park closeby - living like a real Viennese - suited for short term as well as for long term stay - roof top with spectacular view - Check in and Check-out time can be discussed CITY TAX: Please note that I need to collect the city tax which is 2,7691 % of your fee. This is not processed by Airbnb yet so you will pay this upon arrival. Whole flat The more you tell me about your expectations the better I can tell you if I may fulfill them. If you have things that bother you after arrival please let me know and WE (you and I) shall try to solve them.
