Situated between Ribeira D´llhas and Coxos, Kodu Lodge has the perfect location for surfers and families who love to be close to the beach. With about 200 m2 of space over two floors, you will find the lodge relaxing and homely. Kodu Lodge is a 3 storey house divided into 2 apartments with the top 2 levels being the holiday rental and the bottom level a family home. “Kodu” meaning “home” in estonian, welcomes you to find your holiday home in Portugal. Your home sleeps 8 adults. Featuring 4 bedrooms with two double rooms and two twin rooms, a large living room with a dining area and a top floor sunset lounge with a large balcony facing west. Your private garden area comes with a sun terrace, outdoor dining area, a Weber gas grill and sun loungers. A board shed in the back makes storing boards,cleaning and hanging the wetsuits an ease. A hand shower is available by the shed. Please contact us if you're traveling with infants or small children. We can offer the use of a cot, high chair, changing mat, some toys and books. Kodu Lodge is a 3 storey residental house, divided into two apartments. The top 2 floors are a holiday rental and the bottom floor is the owners residential apartment. If you need any help or advice with something, your host is close by to assist you. Palhais is a quiet residental area situated between Ribeira D'Ilhas beach and Ribamar. Ribamar, also called the “Seafood town” due to its high number of seafood restaurants, is known for its surrounding beaches Ribeira D’llhas and São Lourenco and the world class surf breaks Coxos and Cave. This small village and its surroundings are perfect for winding down and enjoying the beauties of Portugal. Being just on the northern shoulder of Ericeira, it’s never too far from the happenings but just far enough to not worry about the crowds in town. Eventhough small in it’s size, Ribamar is not as much of a sleepy village as it might seem at first glance. Offering the calmness everybody is searching for with all the necessities and of course some hidden gems. We recommend hiring a car for your holidays. Ribeira D’llhas and Coxos are easily accessed on foot, although for surfing you would probably opt to drive. During the summer months, the Ericeira Beach Bus runs daily from Ribeira D’llhas to Foz do Lizandro beach. This mini bus has a trailer in the back, so taking your surfboard with, is not an issue. Hop on and off at any of the stops for 1 Euro. There are alos plenty of taxis and uber drivers around. A good night sleep is essential for a good holiday. All our bed linen is 100% egyptian cotton to give you that luxurious hotel feeling. Feel free to use any of our beach essentials, those little things, which just make the days on the beach more relaxing. Without having to buy things, you most likely aren’t able to take back with you. Our beach kit includes - Sun umbrellas, windbreak, cool box, beach towels, wetsuit buckets For you to have a fully relaxed and social holiday, we purposly left the lounge areas without TVs. Instead we have games and books available to our guests. Both levels also have a bluetooth speaker and you will find yoga mats at your disposale for those morning stretches.
