All the amenities are supplied, with sheets, towels, keurig + pods, Apple TV, television/dvd player (no cable). Washer & dryer inside unit with detergent, dryer sheets & hamper. Longer term tenants (28+ days) will have biweekly cleaning service to their space by a professional housecleaner and access to a Pilates studio in town that I own, or the virtual classes. Private entrance, shared courtyard & pool. -I will meet you upon arrival with keys. If I am unable, I will guide you through the keypad entry. -Please do not disturb residents in the main house.
