Your kids may also enjoy the neighboring playground of "Kep garden" NGO. Go out to ask politely and they'll let you in. After booking and confirmation, you'll be provided with a manual and house tips so that you can best plan your trip The Housekeeper will welcome you The house is secluded in the countryside, surrounded by beautiful landscape of rice fields and mountains. Lots of outdoor activities are available at a short distance. Since you’re surrounded by nature, it’s a peaceful and quiet place, please, respect the peace of your neighbors. Getting Around Our place is about 10 min drive from Kep beach. Kep is known for its natural wonders, between mountain and sea, with lots of outdoor activities: - The natural park is right behind the Villa Ambaram and is accessible through trekking, cycling or running: - You can rent bikes easily from Kep village. - Kep beach and the re known sailing club are 10 min drive from the villa, and offer swimming, catamaran, paddle and canoe. - Kampot (20 mn drive) offer via ferret climbing, rock climbing and kite surfing activity. The house is 100% solar powered so a few specific rules apply: - no AC: natural ventilation, fans and bio-climatic architecture (high ceilings, double layer walls...) make it cool enough so you'll have your lungs breathe pure natural air for your entire stay. - no high energy consuming goods: Nespresso – electric coffee machines, kettle, vacuum cleaners, washing machines, hair dryers are banned as the solar system will not bear the load. But you'll enjoy connecting back with nature in a way that will suffice to please all desires. - The pool also runs 100% on solar, so we can't guarantee crystal water especially during the rainy season or in case of rain. - No Internet access is provided as we believe your stay right in nature is a chance to disconnect fully from the crowd and your daily routine.
