This is a spacious one-bedroom apartment on the lower level of a renovated semi-detached brick bungalow. a 1 bedroom, private bath, full kitchen, open family room with gas fireplace, dining area and outdoor space. Enjoy use of the BBQ and herb garden. You’ll love it! Located in a charming, peaceful village near amenities. approx 1,000 sq ft of living space. This home is less than 15 min from four beautiful and challenging local golf courses ( 5 min to The Oaks of St George) It’s a 7 min walk from the village pub, tea room, coffee house, sports bar and grocery with LCBO. 10 min from Paris On, Brantford, and Cambridge. 11 min drive to the Wayne Gretzky Sports Center. 15 min from Flamborough Downs racetrack and casino and Christie conservation area and antique show. Near circle M flea market, it is near the "Cambridge to Paris" hiking trail and 25 min from the Hamilton airport. St George is the home to the Apple Festival in mid-Sept. If you are staying at the Hawk's Nest to attend a local wedding. A drop-off and pick up service is available for a $50 charge. It has a small downtown area with shops and a pub, an Italian restaurant, a tea room, and a sports bar. There is a grocery store with an LCBO.
