Bright, new, oceanview, fully-contained one bedroom suite with private patio in Union Bay. The 650 sq ft suite has 9 ft ceilings with large windows, a full kitchen, laundry, and a private entrance. Enjoy your morning coffee watching the sun rise over the water in this quaint community just a few minutes south of Courtenay. Quiet area, right in the heart of Union Bay. Suite is attached to our house and someone is usually here. Minutes to Courtenay, the Denman/Hornby Island Ferry and the Inland Island Highway. Guest parking is in the designated gravel parking area at the front of the house. Unfortunately our suite is not not wheelchair accessible. There are stairs leading to the private entrance
