Cozy country house with wiev of Trasimeno Lake

My house is located along the road that leads to one of the most beautiful medieval Etruscan : Cortona. The building, consisting of 3 floors with garden, is ideal for spending relaxing hours enjoying the view of the Lake Trasimeno that can be seen from any window of the house. The residence consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, 2 dining rooms, 2 living (Website hidden by Airbnb) linen service ( bed and bathroom) is extra and it costs 10 € per person. The garden is equipped for barbecues with barbecue. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances (oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer). From the living room on the ground floor you can access the garden, with olive trees, persimmons and a large green lawn. The house is equipped with a heating system with a boiler .Ceilings with wooden beams, terracotta vaults) are the original ones of the 19th century Tuscan residences. Guests will have the whole house and garden at their disposal Guests will be greeted by the caretaker who will provide all the information about the house and surroundings. I will be in close contact with my guests by phone and I will be available to make their stay as pleasant as possible The house is 3 km from Cortona center and can also be reached on foot along an internal road that runs between the ancient houses of the place. Nearby is a supermarket stocked with everything you need including local products including the famous meat of the "Chianina" type. Just in front of the house there is a bus stop The car is the best way to move around the area to discover the most characteristic villages, the oldest basilicas, the archaeological routes of the Etruscan period. The linen service (bed and bathroom) isn't included in the price and it costs 10€ for person. In case of request for another change of linen, this service costs 10 € per person.
