Charming cottage among olive trees, with seaview

A romantic stone cottage at the foot of the protected natural park of Monte Marcello, fdew minutes by walk from the village of Tellaro, dear to the poets. An ideal base in every season for those who love not only the sea, but also nature, walks in the green and the typical Ligurian villages. The pretty town of Lerici with its colourful fish market is just a few minutes drive away, but can also be reached via a footpath. Nearby iconic places as Lucca, Pisa, Forte dei Marmi, Genoa. At the ground floor, one double room with bathroom and laundry corner and one room with 2 or 4 beds which can also be prepared as a double bedroom, with private bathroom. Ot the first level a panoramic terrace, an external kitchen, salon with dining table, small interior kitchen. The property has an external parking which is not wide, so we suggest a small car (also in reason of the narrow streets in Liguria), or to park inside the property after the gate. I am not there in person, but I am available at all times for advice and solutions. Guests will find detailed information and useful numbers in the house. They will be welcomed by a person we trust who will also be present at their check out. A cleaning service is possible on request. The property is located in the area of Monte Marcello, a natural park and the starting point of countless hiking trails and paths of the CAI (Italian Alpinism Club). A 10 minute walk will take you to the pretty village of La Serra and in 15 minutes to the village of Tellaro "the village beloved by poets".  Lerici and its picturesque Saturday fish market is about 20 minutes walk through a footpath, or you can easily reach it by car (parking for non-residents above the village), or by the bus that serves the area. On foot, by car (parking at the entrance of the private road, or parking space in front of the house), or by paying bus that serves the area. The house has tv, WiFi and telephone. Mobile connection is not very good.
