Fattoria Casamora - Villa La Leccina

This brick and stone villa is located in the northern section of the compound, not far from the lemon grove and the main swimming pool. It measures about 150sm (1614sft) divided in two stories. Its name derives from a group of holm oak trees that shade the garden of this brick and stone house located on the north side, not far from the citrus grove and the swimming pool. On the ground floor we find the three bedrooms (two double and one with two beds) with their bathrooms, all overlooking the gallery and overlooking the private garden and the large kitchen overlooking the porch. The internal staircase connects the entrance with the living room on the upper floor, characterized by a large truss and overlooking a terrace open to the countryside that extends to Pratomagno. Antique furniture and family paintings are alternated with design objects and modern furnishing elements.
