Enjoy time in our comfortable modern chalet near the beautiful riverside village of Calstock. Provides a perfect base for a relaxing break while exploring the beautiful scenery and activities of Cornwall. On a small holiday park nestled in the spectacular Tamar Valley in the Cornish countryside, enjoy putting your feet up, sport and other activities in the park, or walks further afield in the Tamar valley, Dartmoor National Park, National Trust properties nearby or just heading to the beach! The accommodation is arranged over two floors with views of the Cornish countryside from the open plan first floor lounge / dining kitchen area and balcony. On the ground floor there are three good-sized bedrooms (one double bedroom and two twin single bedrooms - sleeps 6), one bathroom with a shower and WC, and one shower room with WC. The stairs leading from the ground floor open onto a contemporary open plan living / dining / kitchen area with large glass sliding doors opening on to a balcony kitted with a BBQ and views across the 30-acre estate and the valley beyond. There is a spacious, well-equipped kitchen (including washing machine) with a large family dining table in the adjacent area. The property benefits from double glazing throughout. Curl up on the sofa with a book, enjoy the views of the countryside or play one of the games made ready for your stay. Entertainment options include a top of the range a stereo system (CD, Bluetooth, aux input); flat-screen TV, with good book, CD & DVD collections. There is central heating to keep you comfy in any season. Pets are welcome. The property is on a small holiday park with access all the amenities included in the price: tennis court, kids outdoor play area, grass to play football / volleyball / badminton / rounders, heated indoor swimming pool (Easter - October), outdoor swimming pool (summer only), soft play area, games room (table tennis, pool table, table football), gym, pub, restaurant & small shop. There is WIFI in the lodge as well in the Manor House / games room and swimming pool, a five minute walk away where you can find the lively bar and restaurant.
